The configuration of this solution is as follows:
APG-3895W (vibrating feeder) + APJ-6090E (jaw crusher) + APC-160C (middle crushing compound cone crusher) + APS-1860Y2 (primary vibrating screen) + APV-9532 (vsi sand making machine) + APW-2816D (sand washing machine)
Below is our 3d flow chart, you can see that we have adopted three mobile crushers in this solution, one with a vibrating feeder and jaw crusher, one with a cone crusher and vibrating screen, and finally One is equipped with vsi crusher and vibrating screen. After the final processing by the sand washing machine, the whole process is over.
Customer’s Demand:
Used to crush quartz from different origins and then to produce quartz sand as raw material for glass and ceramics.
Raw materials used: up to 400mm
Finished product demand: medium and fine sand between 0-3mm
Yield demands: 100TPH.
Crushing capacity: 150TPH.
Demand Analysis:
The finished product size needs to be produced by three-stage crushing. The customer has certain requirements for the sand mold in the finished product and has high requirements for the cleanliness of the finished product. A sand washing machine is required. However, due to the uncertainty of the raw material site and storage capacity, it is proposed to use a combination of a mobile crusher plant.
- Feeder: APG-3895W. It is selected according to the feeding particle size and output matching requirements.
- Jaw crusher: APJ-6090E. According to the mining and crushing curve, the gap between the grate bars is selected to be 100mm, so the particle size that meets the second crushing can be directly entered under the grate bar, and then selects the appropriate jaw crusher with the remaining amount as a reference.
- Cone crusher: APC-160C. According to the discharge curve of the jaw crusher and the required output, the type of medium crushing compound cone crusher is selected.
- Vibrating screen: APS-1860Y2. According to the crushing particle size curve of the cone, the proportion of the corresponding finished product is calculated, and then the required screening area is determined according to the respective output of the finished product, and thus the appropriate vibrating screen is selected for the pre-screening of sand products.
- VSI sand making machine: APV-9532. Because some of the screened materials are larger than the finished product particle size, it is necessary to use an impact sand making machine to further make sand to improve the sand forming rate.
- Sand washing machine: APW-2816D. Because this solution has high requirements for the cleanliness of the sand and gravel, it is necessary to configure a sand washing machine to further process the quartz sand.
