The configuration of this solution is as follows:
APG-4211W (vibrating feeder) + APJ-7510E (jaw crusher) + APC-200C (medium crushing compound cone crusher) + APS-2160Y4 (Finished vibrating screen)
In this mobile crusher plant, we mainly contain two mobile crusher vehicles, one is equipped with a vibrating feeder and a jaw crusher, and the other one is equipped with a compound cone crusher and a vibrating screen.
Customer’s Requirements:
Crushing hard rocks and mountain rocks from different origins, producing sand and gravel aggregates for various building materials.
Raw materials used: maximum 600mm.
Finished particle size: sand between 0-24mm.
Yield demands: the output is set at 200TPH based on return on investment and budget.
Demand Analysis:
The particle size of the raw material is too large, and the main machine with a large crushing ratio must be configured. The finished product size can be produced by two-stage crushing. However, due to the uncertainty of the site and storage capacity of raw materials, a mobile crusher plant is configured.
- Feeder: APG-4211W. Choose according to the feeding particle size and output matching requirements.
- Jaw crusher: APJ-7510E. According to the mining and crushing curve, select the grate bar with a gap of 100mm, and the particle size that meets the second crushing can be directly entered under the grate bar, and then select the jaw crusher with the remaining amount as the reference.
- Cone crusher: APC-200C. According to the discharge curve of the jaw crusher and the required output, the type of medium crushing compound cone crusher is selected.
- Vibrating screen: APS-2160Y4. Calculate the proportion of the corresponding finished products according to the crushing particle size curve of the cone, and then determine the required screening area according to the respective output of the finished products.
