Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually added into the vibrating feeder through a hopper to do the primary crushing work. I. Installation
Need 1 engineer for installation.
Customers pay engineers’ subsidy 80USD per person per day.
Customers bear engineers’ Visa application fees and round-trip tickets; food and accommodation.
The seller supplies the Foundation Map, Electrical Map, and ManuallInstallation usually takes 30 working days (Depending on the local resources)
II.Technology service
Design for production line flow and equipment layout freely according to the site.
Supply the foundation drawing of equipment and drawing of parts made by the buyer.
Supply the technical parameters of peripheral equipment of portable screen plants for sale.
1. During the operation, we can offer the technology service freely if the user needs to adjust the layout and application.
2. During the operation, we only collect the cost of the user willing to upgrade the equipment when we have the advantage of technology.
III.After sales service
3. During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site for guiding the installation and commissioning.
4. During the installation and commissioning, we offer a training service. The buyer shall afford the traveling expense (including the expense of airline ticket, train ticket, board and lodging and insurance); the buyer shall also pay the service fee of USD 80/day/person.
The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning, excluding wearing spare parts.
If the equipment appears the equipment failure because of improper handling of the user, we are in charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.
We offer the components at a favorable price and perdurable maintenance. After the quality assurance date, if the equipment needs to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
