Vibrating Screen Design:
Aimix’s vibrating screen is generally composed of vibrator, screen box, support or suspension device, transmission device and so on.
Vibrator:

Screen box:

Vibrating Screen Working Principle:

The actual screening process of a round vibrating screen is: a large number and different sizes of mixed materials will be sent to the sieve surface, and only a part of the particles will touch the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, materials on the sieve are loose. So that the gap of large particles will be expanded further, small particles can pass through the gap and will be moved to the lower sieve or transporter. However, big particles can not pass through the gap of small materials. Chaotic particles will be separated: small size materials will be separated under the screen, and big materials will still remain on the screen. At last, all the materials will be separated by the rotary vibrating screen.
